Recipe Parmesan Chicken with Mushroom Wine Sauce

2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
1⁄2 tsp salt, divided
1⁄4 tsp pepper

1⁄2 tsp basil
2 tbsp dry wine
2 tbsp water

Directions

On a sheet of paper or plate, mix flour, Parmesan cheese, and 1/4 tsp every salt and pepper.
Dredge chicken in flour mixture, coating either side, and reserve any remaining flour mixture.
In a ten in. frying pan, heat one 1/2 tsps oil over medium-high heat; add onions and garlic and saute till onions square measure softened.
Add mushrooms, basil, and remaining 1/4 tsp salt and saute till mushrooms square measure tender, concerning five minutes.
Transfer mixture to plate and put aside.
In the same frying pan, heat remaining one 1/2 tsp oil; add chicken and cook, turning once, till gently tanned, one to a pair of minutes on either side.
Stir in reserved flour mixture; bit by bit add wine and water and continued to stir, bring mixture to a boil.
Return mushroom mixture to the pan and cook till heated through.
