Recipe Coycat Portillos Chopped Salad


Ingredients:

1 medium-large tomato and diced
4 oz five hundredths less fat or two sharp cheddar, shredded
4 oz tortilla chip cheese Doritos, jerky to a small degree into bite sized items
1 pound ninety-fifth lean boeuf
1 (1.25 oz) packet reduced metallic element taco seasoning
1 medium-large head of iceberg and cut into bite sized items
1 cup light-weight Catalina or dressing
Directions:

Brown the bottom beef during a frypan over medium heat, breaking it up into items with a wood spoon. Add the packet of taco seasoning and stir till well coated. Set aside.
In a massive serving bowl, mix the lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and boeuf. once able to serve, add the Doritos and dressing and toss to coat.
