Recipe Chipotle Potato Skins


Ingredients:

– four giant potatoes, baked, quartered lengthwise
– non fat cookery spray
– one tsp flavorer
– ½ tsp salt
– one tsp oil
– 1/2 tsp Tabasco or sauce
– four slices additional lean turkey bacon (like Jenny-O), cooked, finely cut
– one cup low-fat chopped cheese
– a pair of medium tomatoes, diced
– four scallion stalks, finely cut
– 1/2 cup low-fat cream


Directions:

Preheat kitchen appliance to 425°F. Scoop out flesh of the baked potatoes, exploit simply a skinny layer of potato flesh in potato.
